Background: Pay no attention to ergonomics principles among computer users may lead to physical health problems and loss of productivity.The aim of this study was to determine the ergonomics characteristics among computer users in the Baqiyatallah Hospital based on transtheoretical dodge warlord for sale model-stage of change.Materials and methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 115 computer users who worked by computers more than 20 hours per week.Data was collected using the stage of change questionnaire and to assess the ergonomics characteristics, Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) was used.
